Simulation/Jigsaw TASK You are one of the diplomats who have come to Vienna to celebrate the victory over Napoleon and his armies. You are anxious to meet with the other representatives of the European nations and discuss how to divide Napoleon’s empire and establish a balance of power that will create peace in Europe.
