Post-processing 4D Flow MRI using Ensemble Kalman Filter Ali Bakhshinejad

Objectives To investigate the implementation of Ensemble Kalman Filter to merge patient specific Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations and in-vivo time resolved phase-contrast magnetic resonance imaging (4D Flow MRI) data in order to provide accurate and high resolution blood flow velocity profiles.
