Clinical Incentive Goals May include: Volume metrics (e.g. wRVU, new patient visits) Patient Satisfaction Quality At least 50% of the clinical goals must be based on wRVU target (adjusted for service allocation) In general, all goals have a: Threshold → Level to receive any portion of award Target → Level to receive full award wRVU goals also have a level of superior performance Level achieved triggers maximum allowable for Non-Clinical Goals Performance % Achieved % Award Below Expectation <15 of Benchmark 0% Threshold -15% to -6% of Benchmark 50% Target - 5% to +114% of Benchmark 100% Superior +115% of Benchmark 150%
