2018: Your Year for Peer-to-Peer Molly: comment on client needs and experiences

Today’s presentation About Peer-to-Peer Demo Examples Who did well 2017 What’s coming in 2018

Engaging Networks Peer-to-Peer history Developed by Zuri Group as an optional module in Engaging Networks Initially built for DIY Peer-to-Peer Now in release 3.0 for Events with registration types and fees Release 3.1 coming in March (more details later) API pushes transactions from Peer-to-Peer front-end and schema into supporter record in Engaging Networks Transactions available in reports, Query Builder and Profiles

Peer-to-Peer transaction types AMR - (amplify) Peer-to-Peer registration ACS/ACR - donation credit/debit single or recurring ABS/ABR - donation bank (ACH/EFT) single or recurring ACF - registration fee ACC - free registration fee ATA - attendee (for future development of family/group registration) ATK - ticket (for future development of family/group registration) ACA - offline cash entered by participant or admin ACH - offline check entered by participant or admin Campaign data 14, 15 - credited supporter ID, name Complete this…

Accessing Peer-to-Peer transactions Query Builder for email and export Transaction reports Add Omatic, Salesforce, ROI

Accessing Peer-to-Peer transactions Supporter Dashboard - gadget Profiles - new filters Add Omatic, Salesforce, ROI

Marketing Automation / profiles Five new profiles: supporter type, amount raised, transactions, login, goal reached Daily query adds new supporters to workflow Define goals: donate, act, login, update Recognize milestones

Some peer-to-peer lingo Site: full website with registration, donation, login, and other content Campaign: fundraising purpose within DIY site Campaign page: the fundraiser’s personal donation page Fundraiser dashboard: page where fundraiser manages multiple campaigns Groups: client-definable structure for teams, companies, leagues, etc. Forms: client-definable workflows for registration, donation, login and profile updates Lingo can be confusing. Need to distinguish site vs. campaign. Flexibility of groups, participant roles (can have volunteer as role). Customizing forms is huge competitive advantage.

Peer-to-Peer features Content: full CMS with navigation Customize: all content, forms, fields and labels Flexible: any single language, currency Payments: single; credit, debit Mobile: born mobile; optimized for fundraiser and donor Top level features to underscore flexibility and multiple uses. Distinguish single language and currency from donor choice.

Things to consider before you start Concept - what, who, when, why, how Implementation - configure, test, launch Design and Content - branding, pages Strategy - recruit, activate, manage Donor Services - helpdesk, webinars Molly: comment on client needs and experiences
