Think and Pray Our Father

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. (Where is heaven? What does hallowed mean?) Take a moment of silence and stillness to feel near to God

Thy kingdom come Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. (What do you think God’s kingdom is like?) Take a moment of silence to thank God for our wonderful world

Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven (What do you think it would it be like if everyone loved and cared for each other as Jesus wants us to?) Take a moment of silence to ask God to help you to be kind to everyone you meet today

Give us this day our daily bread Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread (Why do some children in the world eat too much while many others don’t have enough to eat?) Take a moment of silence to pray for children who are hungry today

And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us (What does trespasses mean? Why do we sometimes find it hard to forgive other people?) Take a moment of silence to say sorry to God for times when you have made bad choices, and times when you have refused to forgive others.

And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread And forgive us our trespasses As we forgive those who trespass against us, And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. (How might we be tempted? Can you think of another word for deliver?) Take a moment of silence to thank God for always keeping you safe in His love

Amen (What does Amen mean?) Take a moment of silence and stillness to feel near to God and to rest in His love.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us Lead us not into temptation But deliver us from evil. Amen
