Unlike the 10 commandments that tell us everything we shouldn’t do. “Thou shall not Kill” The Beatitudes have a more positive message.

To help teach people about how to live as good people, Jesus walked up a mountain and his followers walked with him. They settled on the side of the mountain. Here Jesus began to teach them how to behave and act as good people in the Kingdom of God.

The Kingdom of God is not actually in Heaven The Kingdom of God is not actually in Heaven. The Kingdom of God is what the world should be like if we all treated us other with love and kindness. It is here on earth and we should always strive to achieve it.
