Dissertation Nursing Handovers Variety of handovers methods based on SBAR format in use within NHS Dumfries and Galloway Infirmary On average the patient undergoes 3 handovers per day. Literature review “Is there an ideal handover model that can be applied by nurses when passing a patient?”
