Seniors, the year is almost over, but there are several items that still need to be completed. Be sure to complete all three of the next steps.

Graduate follow-up form Information has to be completed and reported to the State Department in reference to your plans after graduation. Use the link below to complete the form we will use to contact you beginning around October. Financial Aid Awards If you have not already done so, forward a copy of all financial aid that you have been awarded to Ms. Humphrey. This includes grants, scholarships, and loans. I will need a copy from all schools that you have received information from. If I’m not in my office, leave a copy in the box on my door. Deadline is May 5, 2017

Final transcripts Final transcript requests will be done through Parchment. When you have made your final decision as to where you will attend college, request a transcript in Parchment for that school. Be sure to place the transcript on “Hold”. All transcripts will be sent before June 15, 2017. The link for Parchment is located on the same page that you accessed this PowerPoint. Deadline is May 12, 2017

reminders The school year is not over. Attendance, grades, and behavior are still being monitored. Be sure you are working towards being able to participate in graduation. Be sure to pay your seniors fees before May 18. You will not be able to participate in graduation practice if your fees have not been paid. This includes the cafeteria. See Mrs. Nelums in the main office.
