Course Description Year 9 Improving Sports Performance is aimed at students who are passionate about Sport. The unit will improve your understanding of: The fitness required to play different sports and how to test your own personal level of fitness How to design a basic training program to improve your skills and fitness in your chosen sport. Eating and Drinking to win – what, when, how much should you eat and drink when training and playing sport. Prevention, treatment and recovery from common sports injuries.

No extra activities or costs All lessons are completed at Nagle as part of the students normal timetabled classes.
