vMOD – Login

vMOD – Landing Page Based on the user ID, the location will be auto inserted Latest set of Questions will be downloaded form the DB in the Cloud User will only need to be connected to Wi Fi at Login and when uploading the data to the server All data is locally stored if there is no Wi Fi access Default landing page ‘Public Areas’ will be displayed

vMOD – Public Areas User can select a ‘Category’ by touching the list on the left pane Relevant ‘Tasks’ associated with that Category will appear in the right pane User can select Yes / No or N/A - ‘No’ must be associated with a ‘Remark’ to save the data – system will prompt the user to fill in the missing Remarks, if any

vMOD – Room User can touch the ‘Save’ icon to ‘hold’ the data locally at any point, and may return later to continue with the process Once done with all items in the ‘Public Area’ section, user can move onto the ‘Room’ section by touching the appropriate button

vMOD – Room Relevant ‘Categories’ will appear in the left pane ‘Tasks’ associated with that Category will appear in the right pane User can select Yes / No or N/A – and enter Remarks

vMOD – Floor Check The red number on Report button indicates pending items to be uploaded when Wi Fi is available List of Floors and respective tasks can be customized by locations

vMOD – Report Comments Wherever applicable – drop down menus will allow user to select data without the need to type in numbers

vMOD – Report Comments User can select the numbers from the menu – and add Remarks if needed.

vMOD vMOD is targeted for the Manager On Duty (MOD) to Inspect / Report the entire property during each shift MOD can keep noting down the issues as they notice them during their shift MOD may upload the results anytime during the shift to inform staff in real time MOD may include a real time incident reporting function for events that need immediate attention of Security / IT or Engineering staff Each location may have a ‘custom’ form depending on their geographical or structural properties
