Area transition should contain 1. review of the previous ELSA year of the specific area. - what went well, what caused problems, etc.
Area transition should contain 2. risks and obstacles that may arise in the future. - your successor can’t avoid this part of his work, but he/she can learn how to make the best of it
Area transition should contain 3. Unfinished events. - here you can discuss starting something new and sometimes resolve old issues as well.
