Personal Self-Assessment Let’s find out where you currently stand using the rubric provided and personal project self-assessment sheet. Remember to be honest with yourself about your scoring, as this will lead to a greater chance of improvement on your overall project. Directions: -Take 5-10 minutes to look through the rubric and rate yourself in each of the 4 criterions -Be sure to provide a justification (include your reasons why you scored yourself the way you did and the steps you will take to improve) -Share your scores with a peer and provide at least one piece of advice for how they can improve their score
Meeting With Your Supervisor Use the back of this form to guide your next meeting with your supervisor. Show them your self-reflection and justification for the way you scored yourself. Ask your supervisor to complete the assessment form as well. Are there differences in the scores? How can you use this sheet to improve your project?
Process Journal If you are struggling with what information to include in your process journal use the self- assessment sheet as a starting point. Document the score you gave yourself and the steps you plan to take in order to improve!
