You and your group members will read this OUTLOUD (have some fun reading it with what you think is the intended tone) and complete the handout TOGETHER. You will have a quiz on your satire definitions and “A Modest Proposal.” Be sure to read carefully! It will be next week. If you would like your OWN copy of this essay, you can print it out from the wiki. You have today and part of tomorrow to complete this. Be efficient. Your “Year of Your Life” essay is due tomorrow (even if you are absent). Make sure to attach the chart with it. It must be typed and double-spaced using a correct MLA heading.
