APPLYING INNOVATIVE MODELS: Partnership with government of ghana Question: Share a live story about the benefit/importance of this partnership for your work? Give quick background on SWN – Implement at scale: Locally owned small water enterprises that apply market practices to provide safe water to communities in need. Develop platform for replication: Standardized processes and systems to enable replication of the enterprise model to reach millions in need. Advance the sector: Documenting results, building the evidence and sharing findings to make the case for wide-scale adoption. What is the partnership? Is this a formal partnership with an MOU with GoG (CWSA and DAs)? Building 1 station for 7K people? How long is it effective? Where is it? Just Eastern? What is the objective? Secure GoG investment to expand footprint, improve alignment and build support for scale What are the roles and responsibilities of Government of Ghana? SWN? GoG convene quarterly grantee meetings allowing us to review our programming with GoG and other partners, enabling us better communicate our work and results with GoG, align our work with GoG and achieve increased transparency fund 50% SWN build station train etc. Why is this partnership important? What comes next? This is just one station – where do we want it to lead? What would we want gov’t to do next with us? Objective: Investment with GoG to expand footprint, improve alignment and build support for scale

APPLYING INNOVATIVE MODELS: Partnership with Hilton grantees What is the objective of the partnership? Are we talking about partnership with Hilton here? Describe what it is, how long, geography, etc. Then add programs with W: piloting Grundfos Lifelink; first dispenser was installed a few weeks ago and we expect to roll out up to 20 dispensers in the coming months, jointly document the results and share the lessons learnt with the sector. What is the objective? Collaborate with partners, jointly test and document innovative approaches, and optimize the model What are the roles and responsibilities of Government of Ghana? SWN? Why is this partnership important? Why is it important to better track consumer demand? What comes next? Objective: Collaborate with partners, jointly test and document innovative approaches, and optimize the model
