What is working well and not so well in Weston?

Good Excellent CNS/MDT coordinator team OG referrals generally timely Weston General Hospital Good Excellent CNS/MDT coordinator team OG referrals generally timely Positive feedback for OPAs for Taunton/Yeovil patients at WGH rather than BRI Now appointed a new UGI consultant (locum) who will have more day to day influence on UGI in-patients

Bad Weston General Hospital Still have capacity issues for interventional endoscopy Jaundice pathway developed but not yet agreed with CCG (?) so not implemented and still see delays in referral/Ix jaundiced patients No ownership of UGI cancer patients when admitted as emergencies Still delays in feedback of HPB MDT outcomes (was getting draft letters, but has slipped again)
