Le Pommier Wine Estate

Le Pommier Wine Estate is a 16 hectare estate – zoned for restaurant and hotel accommodation. Liquor license in place along with established Management and Personnel. The vineyards are being managed by Zorgvliet on a ‘wine trade’basis. The lodges include eleven rooms, eight luxury room, two pool, one single self-catering unit and one two bedroom self-catering unit with own pool.

Restaurant The Le Pommier restaurant and kitchen have recently been upgraded and can accommodate 80 patrons inside and 60 outside. There is also a 40-seat conference room, large workshop and shed, and luxurious country style management residence. A four room Spa is rented out at R10k per month and an 80 mq outside office is being earmarked for an art gallery. There is also a mini zoo with small animals and bird sanctuary.

Further Information Le Pommier has various established wine labels of which the Le Pommier Sauvignon Blanc 535 and Jonathan Malbec are the flagship lines. Le Pommier has a preferred ex cellar pricing agreement with Zorgvliet. Shareholding; A 50% shareholding for R16 million. This includes the property as well as the going concern. Outright purchase R30 million.
