Lisa and Millhouse took turns multiplying numbers. Lisa picked the number 4. Millhouse multiplied that by 4 to get 16. Lisa multiplied that by 4 to get 64. Millhouse multiplied that by 4 to get 256. After going back and forth several times, one of them got the number 1,048,576. Who came up with that number, Lisa or Millhouse? Answer: Milllhouse – all his numbers end in 6.

A painting job can be completed by 7 painters in 17 days. If 7 more painters join the team 7 days after starting work on the job, then how many more days are required to complete the job? Answer: 5 more days needed
