MTM Measurement Initiative Manager Overview Presenter's Name

What is this initiative? A way for us to get better We will use the feedback we collect to make improvements in the content we deliver and the way we train, enabling employees to apply learning on the job, and help them do their jobs better. We’re collecting better data to make better decisions This includes candid and constructive feedback from you. Your feedback will be aggregated with other data and used to improve the quality of the training we offer. It will not be used in the individual performance review process.

How does this impact you? MTM makes your job easier You and your employees will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the learning The data helps us better align training to the performance required on the job, the performance for which YOU are accountable Manager engagement improves team performance When managers are proactively engaged in their employees’ learning and development, their employees can outperform peers by 25% Investments in learning can be lost if there is insufficient support both before and after training to ensure successfully transfer and application of skills

We need your help! We can’t do it without you Meet with your employees before and after they attend training Encourage learners to provide candid feedback; they will receive an email invitation to complete the survey immediately after class We want to hear from you, too To be considerate of your time, we will solicit feedback only on select programs The feedback you provide can have a huge impact Please take a few minutes to complete the surveys we send you
