Lessons Learned Creating duplicate reports Marking “no-shows” If appointment was scheduled, the advisor needs to create advising report from the appointment queue as opposed to student profile. All other advising reports can be created from the student profile. Marking “no-shows” Instead of marking a schedule appointment as a no-show, advisor should cancel the appointment and add “no show” to the comment box. Reminder Defaults When creating an appointment, uncheck the email and text reminders. Terri Photo by Nathan Dumlao on Unsplash
