User Tip #1: To transfer a call directly to voic without ringing the extension, put * in front of the destination extension number : *2233 *2233 User Tip #2: A short cut for calling or transferring directly to the voic of a monitored extension without ringing the extension: Click on the envelope associated with that extension. The * and extension number will automatically display in MY CALLS: *2233 Then simply click DIAL or TRANSFER.
