Business Idea Mastermind has alined itself with the company Shopify in order to provide service to the Latin American region. Our goal is to connect customers to Shopify and if they so desire to build their online store for them.

Market Analysis Currently, Shopify has been unable to enter the Latin American market due to a cultural barrier (language and tradition), so by aligning ourselves with them we will be able to provide service to a region they previously could not access. Based on our research there the Latin American market is very much into the buying online, yet Latin American stores lack online presence. Our business can provide these stores the necessary tools to create an online presence.

Target Market Our target market are all businesses in Latin America that lack internet presence and all of those who wish to reformat their page and become a part of the Shopify platform.

Competitors In the Latin American market, there are no competitors because we would be the sole parter for Shopify in this region.

Current Industry The internet is growing at exponential rate. More and more people change their shopping habits from in store to online. Though Shopify exists in Canada and in the United States we are entering a virgin market where we will be the first in the industry.

External Influences Political changes in Latin American Countries Legal limitations Social disregard Economic factors
