Steps To Ensure Success Staff Training Steps To Ensure Success Knowing the size of the collection, who the library serves, school languages served, circulation statistics and materials within the collection. Weed the collection for outdated or damaged materials to ensure fiscal accountability.

The How and Why of Training Student Training The How and Why of Training All English classes will be required to attend 1 hour training sessions conducted by a school library media specialist. Students will have access to a Wiki portal to provide an ongoing online training. Students need to be trained for improved research skills, preparation for college classes, and training provides access to information.
