Research shows that the first impression of an individual is made within 10-30 seconds, and of this judgment made; 55% is from your appearance 38% is from the way you represent your self 7% is from what you say

Image Three types images Image is the impression that one gives to the world, and this session provides a practical guide to managing that first impression to create the desired impact. Three types images Self-image: the way we see our selves Projected image: the way we think others see us Public image: the way others actually perceive us
