FLEET Single Entry Vehicle Logs

Click on Manage/View Equipment Start at the home page and click on Manage/View Equipment

Then click Edit to add log Begin typing equipment or vin #. Smart search will narrow your search results until you find the equipment you need. Begin typing any identifier, equipment number or vin number. Smart search will automatically begin narrowing your search results until you find the equipment you need. Then just click edit to add a log.

Scroll down to the bottom of this screen When the equipment description pops up, scroll down to the bottom of the screen to add a vehicle log. Scroll down to the bottom of this screen

Click Logs Click on the “Logs” tab

Click here to add a log entry Then click add a log entry.

The start date populates with the next log’s start and end date Red stars indicate required fields On the log entry screen, please note that red stars indicate that field must be filled out before you can submit your log. The dates will automatically populate with your next log’s start and end date. After you’ve entered all your information, click “Submit Logs(s)”. Your log entry is complete. After entering all data, click submit log(s)
