Compensation Package

Compensation Priorities Coming In Increased pay without increased time. Keep general structure of salary schedule. Incremental pay increases to reward experience and education. Clearly define those increases for every row and column. Address inconsistencies in previous salary schedule while attempting to minimize variability of raise that all members receive. Attract and retain well-educated staff. Competitive professional salary with surrounding districts.

Compensation Summary: Year 1 (2018-19) Average Pay Increase of 14.9% in Year 1. Beginning Salary of $58,700. Top Salary of $109,936. 6 Per-Diem Days (No Change). TRI @ 4% on Base Salary (Phase out of big November paycheck). Web Presence: 25 Hours (No Change) Tech PD: 6 Hours (No Change) Commitment Stipend of $3500 in Year 15 (Step 16). PGIF is eliminated and rolled into salary. Professional Rate increased to $35.00. No longer tied to specific salary schedule cell. Will increase by Implicit Price Deflator (IPD) moving forward.
