User ID Distribution & Password Requirements Employee User ID’s will be randomly created, printed and enclosed in late April for all managers/special users requiring access into the 5/1 Go Live applications. The User ID’s will be delivered to the Agencies Personnel Officer for official distributed. The User ID will be in a sealed envelope for the employees protection (Note: Date of Birth will not be indicated on the letter). The initial Password for self-service access will be the employees date of birth with a leading 0. Format = 0mmddyy. Upon initial entry into the self-service tools, you will be prompted to change you Password. The Password will consist of seven (7) numeric digits. Passwords will expire every 90 days.
