Medium Bodied Red Wine MERLOT

Merlot is a thin-skinned grape that is very sensitive to its environment. Different climates will produce different aromas and flavors. Cool climate Merlot offers a higher presence of tannins and earthy flavors like tobacco and tar. Warm climate Merlot wine is more red fruit-forward, less tannic, more notes of vanilla and spice.
