Business Organization Mommy and ME will make sure costs are reduced enough to manage profits and still create quality within the operations. Costs such as employees will be looked upon greatly by making sure they are not slacking during work time. Owners will oversee the costs of doing business and make sure there are no hidden costs from its business partners

Legal and Ethical Issues Legal and ethical issues arise in companies between relationships of: customers, managers, employees, stockholders, suppliers, distributors, community, society, and nation state. Customers want to make sure they are compensated fairly for their contribution. Managers need to be watched because history has shown corrupt managers steal funds from the companies they run. Stockholders want control over the company their money is invested in and demand ethical actions within the company. Suppliers and distributors are watched to stop problems such as deceptive price fixing.

Mommy & ME: Ethics Mommy and ME will be in front of all its obligations to those involve with the company. All parties will be treated fairly and legally Mommy’s and me reputation and what it stands for is the first mission and by giving everyone a set of rules and regulations, legal and ethical problems, if at all will be minimum and not to be tolerated. All staff will be expected to sign a code of conduct policy in their employee handbook.

Mommy & Me fashion Show for mom and child Mommy & ME fashions Show for the child and Pet as well As our company expands we will hold Mommy and me fashions shows which customers and their children can participate and we even plan to “Mommy and Me” fashion shows for the children who are the mom of a pet is their child. Promote and Motivate There are several types of motivation and each their own characteristic. The types of motivations are dictated by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

Business Culture Business Culture Mommy and me’s culture is about success and teamwork. In order for a business to grow and expand, a strong internal culture will be needed. As our company expands we will hold Mommy and me fashions shows which customers and their children can participate and we even plan to “Mommy and Me” fashion shows for the children who are the mom of a pet is their child. Types of Motivation There are several types of motivation and each their own characteristic. The types of motivations are dictated by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.

Sales and Advertisement Technology Stock Point of Sale Sales and Advertisement Technology will be one of the most important aspects in efficiency within the company. Technology is an important role in hiring workers, analysis, transactions, and productivity. AVJ will be very reliant the use of the technology so results will be accomplished with more speed and quality. Operations and Materials Management There is a three step process in regards to operations and materials management. Step 1: Input stage (raw materials, components, labor, and customers) Step 2: Operations stage (skills, knowledge, machines, experts) Step3: Output stage (Goods and Services)

Technology Training Quality Control Payroll Schedules Human Resources Our Human Resources department will make sure to filter the employees and other personnel to fit the criteria of the companies values and needs. Technology will surely be utilized for background checks and ensure safety. Training will be handled on a case by case business because experience in the area will be needed. Technology Technology is used to make business much more efficient in every aspect of its systems. There are five applications that have the biggest impact in businesses. The five applications are: (1) TP Systems, (2) KM systems, (3) Artificial Intelligence, (4) ER planning, and (5) e-commerce.
