How to Start Lessons and activities to teach: Nutrition Food preparation methods Common food substitutions Keeping food safe Basic cooking skills Figuring cost analysis

Give them a Challenge Teams are given: Set of ingredients Receipt Educational resources From the ingredients, teams have 40 minutes to: Discover their ingredients Develop a recipe Prepare the recipe Develop a presentation Teams then give a presentation to a judging panel
