Sonoma County Energy Independence Program (SCEIP) Financing Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is a financing option that allows property owners to install permanently affixed energy efficient improvements, water conservation measures and energy generation projects.

Division Impacts and Results Electricity Saved: 12,500 kWh Clean Electricity Generated: 18 GWh Natural Gas Saved: 260,000 Therms Enough energy to power 5,940 Homes Water Saved: 101 Million Gallons GHG emissions reduced by 69.6k metric ton equivalents of CO2. Like taking 14,840 cars off the road!
