PDP helps you gain a broad base of world-class business and technology consulting skills, while you work as a full-time analyst. Core components of the PDP program focus on business skills, solutions delivery concepts, and principles of client service. While the technology component of PDP can be challenging at first, even non-technical employees can succeed – and it will be very beneficial to your work at Accenture. Training may take place in a variety of ways: at your local office; at the Center for Professional Education in St. Charles, Illinois; Web-based training modules; and vendor-sponsored training. Throughout the course of your PDP training, both you and Accenture will be able to assess possible areas where you might specialize.
