Making a Report Description of Incident Location Material Released (if known) Suspected Responsible Party Reporting Party Can Remain Anonymous Average Time it Takes to Complete a Report is 4 ½ minutes

Notification & Action NOTIFICATION- The NRC will notify the appropriate Federal On-Scene Coordinator (FOSC) and other agencies who we have established agreements with of reported incidents. ACTION- Notified agencies will analyze the information and respond accordingly. The NRC Does Not Deploy Resources
