Other initiatives being worked on LED District wide using Trust Energy and funding from RI Infrastructure Bank HVAC repairs and major maintenance using Trust Energy and funding from RI Infrastructure Bank Weatherization of buildings using Trust Energy and funding from RI Infrastructure Bank All of the work proposed to be funded by RI Infrastructure Bank is cash flow positive and all savings will pay for the upgrades. The goal is that energy savings will be great enough that we put cash back into the district after paying RI Infrastructure Bank each month. At this point the projected annual positive cash flow is $60,000.00 / $5,000.00 a month I have also worked with our Energy Partner Trust Energy to evaluate the Town owned properties in an effort to help the town save energy as well.
