Macro nutrients Carbohydrate Carbohydrate are a source of energy for the body and helps proper functioning for the nervous system, kidneys, brain and muscles. Protein Protein is essential for growth, repair, helps the immune system, helps muscles and gives energy. Fat Fat is high in calories, helps growth development, gives energy and helps absorb vitamins.

Micro nutrients Vitamin c helps produce connective tissue, repairs, helps absorb iron, protects from bruising, keeps gums healthy helps heal cuts and protects from infection. bec Vitamin k helps clot blood, helps make protein Vitamin a Supports Eyes, cells and protects the body
