Two Blind Men Called to Him for help Followed Him. Tracked Him to the house He was staying in. Publicly confessed their faith.
Blind Bartimaeus Persistance Continued to call even after being shushed. Luk 18:39 “And they that went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace but he cried out the more a great deal, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.”
Syro-Phoenician Woman Persistance He ignored her and she continued to follow Him and cry out for help. He says He won’t help her and she falls before Him and asks for help again. He directly denies her and she answers with a statement of great faith.
Woman with Issue of Blood Believed what she heard about Jesus Mar 5:28 For she said, If I touch but his garments, I shall be made whole. Acted upon that belief Confessed her faith before all there. Luk 8:47-48 “And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling, and falling down before him declared in the presence of all the people for what cause she touched him, and how she was healed immediately. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace.”
Eph 2:8-9 “For by grace you have been saved through faith Eph 2:8-9 “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” Jas 2:14-18 “What doth it profit, my brethren, if a man say he hath faith, but have not works? can that faith save him? Even so faith, if it have not works, is dead in itself. Yea, a man will say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith apart from thy works, and I by my works will show thee my faith.”
