Push Up Primary Muscle(s): Pectoralis Major Pectoralis Minor   Execution: (on toes or knees) Begin in a prone position with hands on the floor about shoulder width apart. The torso should be in a straight line with the ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. The head remains in a comfortable neutral position. Inhale while lowering the body toward the floor until upper arms are parallel to the floor. Move torso, hips, and legs as a single unit toward the floor. Exhale while extending arms and pushing the body back up to starting position. Variations: Modified spiderman push up T-Push Ups On toes incline push up Push Ups (with alternating shoulder tap)
