What is CRM? Crew Resource Management / Cockpit Resource Management 1970s- analysis of plane crashes in US showed that human error involved in 85% of events A management system which makes optimum use of all available resources – people, procedures, equipment- to promote safety and enhance efficiency of practice during a crisis situation.
