Goals - Certification Accomplishments – 2014-2015 Promote PACE and PCCE Accomplishments – 2014-2015 Promoting the Assurance of Learning program Promoting the exams by educating employers New revenue ideas to fund the updating of the exams such as: Raffle during convention Adding a donate button to the NFPA website Funds from one webinar will go toward the update of the exams

Other Accomplishments Financial stability: Promotion of the Corporate Partner Program with articles in the National Paralegal Reporter Announcements in the News You Can Use when Corporate Partners renew their membership The addition of the Corporate Partner Program page on the NFPA website with a link to their own website.

Other Accomplishments Transparency in communication: Discussion Boards have been promoted several times throughout the year in the News You Can Use Dissemination of information as quickly as possible after an event More promotion at the local level

How We Got Here Member survey 5-year review and evaluation Annual planning session – NFPA Spring Board Meeting devoted to discussion of Strategic Plan Status reports at each NFPA Board Meeting SPC held conference calls in 2014-2015

Next Steps Commit – it is everyone’s job to maintain Board Coordinators Delegates Members Annual planning session – priority for NFPA stakeholders Regular review and updates – absolutely necessary!
