4. Conclusion The DSS are asked to give their views on: This two-stage approach; The proposals for long term (from 2014): Implementation of ESHSI and EHIS as independent or as combined surveys The continuation/discontinuation of an LFS ad-hoc module on employment of disabled people every five years The main element for preparing the 2nd round is represented by the workshop that will be organised by the Robert Koch Institute in Germany, most probably in May 2010. Conclusion 2012: EHSI partly outside ESS (call for tender and proposals) 2014: EHIS as a separate survey (without a module on social integration) 2012-2014: Evaluation of the results of the 2011 ad-hoc module on employment of disabled people Evaluation of the results of the 2012 EHSI survey Development of the survey component of the modernisation strategy on this basis, decision on the strategy for the EHSI and LFS ad-hoc modules The main element for preparing the 2nd round is represented by the workshop that will be organised by the Robert Koch Institute in Germany, most probably in May 2010.
