What is cystic fibrosis? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IGz5p4n8Fg

How does if affect a young person’s life? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVg24S_pSmo

Elle’s advert to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis and the need for more funding. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1hn-hdQdKw

When is race day? How far will I run? Friday 29th June – if the weather is kind to us!!!!!! How far will I run? It depends on your year group Reception = 1 lap (400m) Year 1 = 1 ½ laps (600m) Year 2 = 2 laps (800m) Year 3 = 3 laps (1200m) Year 4 = 4 laps (1600m) Year 5 = 5 laps (2000m) Year 6 = 6 laps (2400m)

What will I wear? Elle’s favourite colours were green and purple and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust colours are yellow and blue. So this year we thought it would be nice if you could wear those colours. It could be a mixture of the colours or just one of the colours! It’s up to you!

…and finally, this is Elle’s ‘Fight Song’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyXZHMUJO4E
