Contingency Planning CVTL has not yet developed its own Contingency Plans but does have an identified role in the Inter-agency Contingency Plan for Humanitarian Assistance (IACP) prepared for Timor-Leste with assistance from UNMIT (March 2012) The IACP considers 3 scenarios - Flood, Drought and Earthquake.
