Title an entry in the Writing Section of your WNB: “The One I Admire” Spend 15 to 20 minutes silently writing about that person.

“I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings” Hints Maya Angelou (who goes by Marguerite Johnson as a young girl) recalls an important relationship that changed her life (personal narrative-style ) She admires Mrs. Bertha Flowers who explains and proves the importance of the human voice using Charles Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities Mrs. Flowers is dubbed by Angelou as being “the measure of what a human being can be”
