Objectives By the end of the workshop, attendees will: Have a clear understanding of key questions to ask when discussing RTT performance. Understand what ‘good’ looks like and how to probe further when required. Be better able to provide support to improve performance.
Introduction from the national Elective Intensive Support Team Small team of experts in the management and delivery of elective care pathways, comprising RTT, diagnostics and cancer. Part of the Improvement Directorate within NHSI Variety of backgrounds, e.g. nursing, operational, commissioning and information with specialisms such as cancer, data quality and training.
