Flash Screen When you open the application, it will show you the Flash Screen with the Logos of Piramal Healthcare and Envision Mobility Solution. The Login will automatically load in the next few seconds.
Login Screen The login screen shows the today’s Date on the top and shows the login form with User Name and Password boxes. User has to enter the User Name and the Password in the respective fields and press Login shown in the bottom left of the screen.
Main Menu On successful login authentication, the main “Home” screen will be loaded with the major mobile reporting futures Attendance Posting Products (View) Field Activities Reports Meeting Holiday Leave Others Unsubmitted (Record(s) View) Reload Masters
Attendance Posting On selection of “Attendance Posting” option from the menu. Select the sub-options IN or OUT to report your day stat or closure and press “Submit” menu shown in the bottom right. Here, IN - means starting time for work OUT - means end of work day
Products Menu Select “Products” option from the menu and press “Next” to view the products.
Products List The product screen lists all Products with the details of Product Name Brand Name ESV SIH (Stock In Hand) Due to limited mobile space, the screen shows only Product and Brand Names, press right button to view the ESV and SIH details.
Product List Cont. Press “Close” to return back to the main menu.
Field Activity Select “Field Activity” option from the menu and press “Next” to view the field activities menu.
Field Activity Cont. Select the reporting Date and Beat where you worked for the selected date. Also enter the Total calls, Productive calls and No of Display calls, etc Then Press Next to enter into Order entry screen. Notes: You must report the field activities on the same date. You can’t report activity for the future dates too.
Order Capturing The Order capturing screen will display all the products, where user need to enter the Quantity and the Outlets in the 2nd and 3rd columns. When the user select a product, the full name of the product will be shown in the top of the screen to avoid confusion among the SKUs. Enter the total ordered quantity for the selected product. Due to limited mobile space, the screen shows only Product Name and Quantity, press right button to view the Outlet and ESV details.
Order Capturing Cont. Enter the total outlets ordered the selected product in the route. Note: In the order screen, the product name and the ESV are non- editable (read-only) fields.
Brand Selection If you want to filter the products specific to the brand, please select the “Menu” shown in the bottom right of the screen. Where you can see the options to choose the Brand. Select the brand and press the center button to show the all products for the selected brand.
Brand Search The brand selection screen will list all brands and also provide the search option. User can select the Brand and press “Next” shown in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Brand Filter List Now the order screen is list only the products of the selected brand. User can enter the quantity and the Outlets details.
Order Capturing Press “Order Summary” from the menu shown in the middle of the screen to view the summary of all products selected.
New Order Summary The Order Summary screen shows the list of line items ordered by the route with the following details Product Quantity (Qty) Outlet Price Due to limited mobile space, the screen shows only Product Name and Quantity, press right button to view the Outlet and Price details.
Order Summary Once you confirmed the order summary is correct, then you can either Submit to report the order, by pressing the “Submit” option shown in the bottom right corner of the screen. OR Save the order , by pressing the “Save” option shown in the Center of the screen. Notes: If there is any changes go back to the previous screens and change order details before Save / Submitting the Order. Normally, you have to Submit the calls once your are completing the order details. Save option is only when you are not in coverage area or the order is not complete.
Reports Select “Reports” option from the menu and press “Next” to view available reports to SO/TSO
Order History Select “Order History” option from the menu and press “Next” to view the details of the last 3 Order(s) summary from the outlet.
Order History Cont. The order history Screen would shows the past three orders from the selected outlet. The summary list would shows, (Order) Date Value Number of Line Items Due to limited mobile space, the screen shows only Date and Value, press right button to view the Lines detail.
Order History Cont. Press “Close” to return back to the activity menu.
Target Vs. Achievement Select “Target Achievement” option from the menu and press “Next” to view the Target Vs Achievement report.
Target Vs. Achievement View Target Vs. Achievements Screen list the Brandwise Target and the actual achievement with the following details Brand Target Achieved Due to limited mobile space, the screen shows only Brand Name and Target, press right button to view the Achieved detail.
Target Vs. Achi. View Cont. Press “Close” to return back to the activity menu.
Meeting Select “Meeting” and press Next to enter the meeting details
Meeting Select Date of meeting Select Type of meeting Then Submit to server
Holiday Select “Holiday” and press Next to enter the holiday details

TSO Performance Select “TSO Performance” option from the menu and press “Next” to enter the Performance scores.
TSO Performance Select “TSO Name” then start enter the Performance Score for the given parameters. Only Score will be shown in the screen, SO has to select the appropriate score based on his performance. TSO Performance
Closing Stock Entry Select “Closing Stock Entry” option from the menu and press “Next” to enter the Closing Stocks for the stockists.
Closing Stock Entry The Header Shows the Financial Year and the (Week) Sequence Number on the top And the List of Stockist would be listed down based on the week- wise stockist coverage configuration in the back-office system. The stockist name is prefixed with the following letters [I] – Initial [S] – Saved (Closing Stocks are captured partially) [C] – All SKUs closing stocks are entered and Confirmed Note: The submission of closing stocks would be possible, ONLY AFTER completing the entry for ALL Stockist. Select the stockist and press Menu > Next to enter the closing stocks for the stockist.
Closing Stock Entry The SKU list would appear with Product Name, Opening Stock (OS) and Closing Stock (CLS). Where Product Name and Opening Stock columns are Read Only, SO can enter only Closing Stock for the SKUs. By selecting Menu > Brand, would help you to select the other brand SKUs and enter its Closing Stock. Once all SKUs entered, SO can see the stock entry for ALL SKUs by pressing the Summary option. Notes: On selection of an SKU, the full Name would be shown on the top. If Closing Stock is not entered in mobile or OTC portal, system would calculate the secondary for that stockist as 0.
Closing Stock Entry Once ALL Stockist are Confirmed [C], then select Menu > Submit to post the closing stocks.
Closing Stock Entry The acknowledgement message would be shown once the stock entry are successfully posted to the server.
Invoices Select “Invoices” option from the menu and press “Next” to enter the Invoices for the stockists.

Once invoices entered, SO can see the invoice entry for ALL invoices by pressing the Summary option. Notes: On selection of an Invoices, the full Number would be shown on the top.
Invoices Entry Receipt date should be greater than invoice date. Mandatory for receipt date when you select status Y of particular Invoice Note:- Qwerty mobile you can press key 'Y' for status 'Y' and 'N' for status 'N' In normal mobile key 1 for status 'Y' and other number for status 'N'
Invoices Once ALL Stockist are Confirmed [C], then select Menu > Submit to post the Invoice Entry.
Invoices The acknowledgement message would be shown once the stock entry are successfully posted to the server.
Unsubmitted Records View The umsubmitted screen would list the orders that was stored locally
Unsubmitted Cont. On selection of any particular record and press Menu would provide more options To Remove the Selected Order To Submit All Order(s) To Show the details of the Selected order.
Unsubmitted Cont. To view the details of the unsubmitted call, follow the steps mentioned below… Select the record you want to view Select the “Menu > Show” option Press the center button.
Unsubmitted Cont. The screen will shows the full details of the selected record. Press right button to view more details.
Unsubmitted Cont. Press “Close” to return back to the main menu.
Reload Masters Select “Reload Master” option from the menu and press “Next” to download the latest updated master details from the server.
Masters Download Caution: When you reload the masters, it will remove all transactions stored locally. So, before pressing “Yes”, ensure you have submitted all unsubmitted records. Otherwise, you would lose the locally stores data.
Application Exit When you select “Exit” from the main menu screen, application will prompt you for the confirmation before closing it. On confirmation by pressing “Yes”, application will close successfully. Note: Before closing the application, please ensure you have reported the OUT time attendance for the day.
