Paddington At the Palace By Keith Xerri Year 3

This book is about Mr Gruber and Paddington taking a trip to see the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

They took the bus and sat on the front seat so that they could see all the places of interest.

Paddington wanted to pick up some flowers for the Queen but Mr Paddington wanted to pick up some flowers for the Queen but Mr. Gruber told him that it’s against the law.

At the Palace there was a flag flying and that means that the Queen was at home.

The band started playing but Paddington couldn’t see anything.

A policeman invited them inside so that they could take a proper photograph.
