William se ženi osam godina starijom Anne Hathaway

Ubrzo im se rađa kći Susan, a dvije godine kasnije blizanci Hamlet i Judit Shakespeareu se zameće svaki trag do 1592. g., kada saznajemo da je u Londonu gdje se bavi glumom i pisanjem drama Shakespeare je pisao vrlo mnogo i njegove drame su često izvođene te stječe ugled najboljega engleskog pisca komedija i tragedija Shakespeare postaje suvlasnikom poznatog kazališta The Globe Pred kraj života vraća se u rodni Stratford gdje umire 1616. godine.
