STEPS TO CREATE A COMPANY IN FRANCE Group 1: modèle

FIND AN IDEA In all projects you need: a good, innovative idea, to find a sector of activity, to develop the idea to patent it.

2. DO A MARKET RESEARCH To create your company, you should do a market research in order to: Evaluate the offer, Target the future clients, Determine the competitor companies Find the best location.

3. GATHER THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS Choose the corporate name, Determine the business sector, Take into consideration the results of the market research, Give a short definition of the business, Calculate the finances needed, Estimate the future turnover (3 years).

4. MEET BUSINESS CONSULTANTS You need to meet the appropriate people who will : Help you define and develop your project , Accompany you all along the setting up of your business, Give you advice on the accountancy.

5. DRAFT A BUSINESS PLAN It is a complete file which gives a detailed presentation of the future company. Reason social, Objective of the company, Forecast instalation, Forecast financial a present of the investor, Chose a legal structure.
