Who can participate in Erasmus+ Studies Traineeships Students who have completed at least I year Full-time and part-time students. I year students and others Full-time and part-time students Recent graduates who have to submit application during the 6th year and complete a traineeship within one year from graduation. Studies – programme of recruitment: 1st March – 14th March 2018 16th March 2018 Online registration and submission of application forms at IRO 14:00 – exam in one of 4 languages: English, German, French, Spanish. You can either submit a language certificate or take an exam. 4th April 2018 Results announced by email.

Erasmus+ Practical information How to plan your mobility

Duration of the mobilities within Erasmus+   You have a 24-months mobility capital. You can use it during the entire study period. The mobility capital includes also mobilities within LLP-Erasmus and Erasmus-Mundus. Duration of the mobilities within Erasmus+   STUDIES: From 3 to 12 months (including traineeship if it has been planned). Minimum: 90 days.   TRAINEESHIPS: From 2 to 12 months (priority for students who go for 3 months). Minimum: 60 days.

Prolong the period of the mobility (studies):   Prolong the period of the mobility (studies): Is possible only within one academic year and if the budget allows it In order to prolong the mobility one has to get the permission of the sending and receiving institution, and arrangee with the Vice-Dean a new LA and sign an anex to the Financial Agreement. Reduce the period of the mobility (studies): Obligatory refund of the whole scholarship or a part of it In case of reducing the period of the mobility due to an accident or an illness, please contact IRO.

Health and accident insurance – eg.: Euro<26, ISIC or others. Financial Agreement – between a sending institution and a student; signed 2 weeks prior the start date of the mobility at the latest (studies and traineeships).   Learning Agreement – between a student, a sending institution and a receiving institution; comprises a list of courses or a plan of traineeships (studies and traineeships). Recognition Sheet – a list of courses to be completed in the receiving insitution and their equivalents in the sending institution (studies). Health and accident insurance – eg.: Euro<26, ISIC or others. OLS – I language online test (studies and traineeships). OLS – language online course (studies and traineeships). What before mobility:

Financial statement – submitted at IRO (studies and traineeships).   Letter of Attendance – confirmation of studying period; dates should correspond with the ones in the Financial Agreement (studies and traineeships). Transcript of Records (ToR) – a list of courses completed at the receiving institution with ECTS points (studies). Card of student’s achievements – confirmation of a semester completion at WUELS (studies). Financial statement – submitted at IRO (studies and traineeships). OLS – II online language test (studies and traineeships). Individual Online Report (compulsory, studies and traineeships). What after mobility:
