Beads for helping Women Bead for Life (beadforlife.org) Eradicating poverty one bead at a time Started with a story of Millie Grace Akena in Uganda, she was making paper beads and selling them to help buy food for her family. 147 Million Orphans (147millionorphans.com) donate to Amazima Ministries and the women of the Karamojong tribe.   The Karamojong women create necklaces by hand, from re-cycled paper We purchasing these necklaces from them and send 50%+ of the profits back to the women.
