FenyaSales : Sales Picking Made Easy
Welcome to FenyaSales FenyaSA – Sales Picking is fully integrated with Pastel Accounting. This solution facilitates the accurate and efficient picking of customers orders with the use of Hand-Held Mobile Scanners. This process can be completed in the following ways : Orders picked can be scanned against a control document such as a Tax Invoice – this is recommended if accuracy is important to you. Sales Orders or Tax Invoices are created with on-the-fly by scanning the barcoded goods when they are picked for a customer. Variations of this application exist based on your needs and we would advise you to contact our offices for more information.
FenyaSales : How it works FenyaSA consists of a PC Application - and the mobile barcode scanner application - FenyaWM - These two programs interact with each other to ensure data integrity and efficient data capturing.
We will now demonstrate FenyaSA – Sales Picking using a control document. A Sales Order is created as per normal in your Accounting System. This Sales Order is downloaded to your Hand Held Mobile Scanner.
On FenyaWM – Sales Picking select the Sales Order you wish pick On FenyaWM – Sales Picking select the Sales Order you wish pick. The details of the Sales Order are loaded on screen for you to verify. A picking slip is printed with the items and quantities to be picked according to the original Sales Order.
The Sales Order is downloaded to the Hand Held Scanner The Sales Order number is scanned, in order to replicate the original Sales Order on the scanner. Serial Number Items are accommodated. View the picked order in a grid display to verify the captured data. Once all goods have been picked. The scanned data is uploaded to the FenyaWM windows application. View the picked order in a grid display to verify the captured data.
A Tax Invoice is created in Pastel with the picked items and the respective quantities. At this point, business will continue as normal.
